I Bow To The Venerable Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar On His Jayanti...His Dedication & Struggle For The Poors & Our Nation Is A Golden History Of India....But Today We Fallied To Understand & Follow Him Completly...As Results #JNU Case,#Rohit Vemulla Case & The Rise Of Left Politics In Several States.
Today,Media & Politicians Call Him A Dalit Icon, Calling Ambedkar Just A Dalit Icon Is To Disrespect Him...He Is Icon Of Our Nation.
Why A Dalit Icon,if He Demanded Equality,Empowerment Of Poors & Abolition Of Caste System.
It's Need Of Nation Not Only Dalits Need It.
He Gave Answer To The Biggest Question We Face Why We Are Not Developed Yet Inspite Of Such Golden Past,Why We Are In British Rule For So Long,Why More Than Half Of Our Population Is Deprived Of Their Basic Needs...???
The Answer Lies In The Demand Of Ambedkar To Abolish Discrimination In Our Society.
If We Were United & Empowered Every Section Of Society,Hardly Anyone Could Rule Us.

Some People Blame Of Our Indian Culture For The Same But They Forgot Caste System Was Build On The Basis Of Work,Mistaken As Basis Of Birth.
We Need To Break This Narrow-Mindness,May Be The Ancestors Of Ambedkar & Vajpayee Were Brothers...May Be The Ancestors Of Modi & Kalam Were Brothers.
The Need Of Time Is To Break This Barrer Of Caste,Color,Creed,Region,Religion & Sex.
We All Are Equally Indians & Will Be Indians Till Our Last Breath.
The Only Tribute We Could Pay To Ambedkar To Follow His Intentions,Not Using Him As Political Tool.
But The Fact Is That He Felt Defeated By The Politics Of Caste & Forced To Change His Religion...But This Generation Is Not Going To Leave Any Stone Unturn To Win The Lost Battle Of Ambedkar....No One Should Be Forced To Change His Religion Or Identity To Get Respect.One Should Get Respect By His/Her Work Not By Just The Surname.
We All Have To Take Pledge On This Day To Abolish Caste System & Unite As Indians....So,That Our Country Got It's Lost Glorious Past As Soon As Possible.

Jail In Our Society Is Known Only For Two Reasons First Indian Independence & Second For Unsocial Elements.

Jail Is Considered As The Integral Part Of Our Juridical System...Where System Gives Chance To Change & Be A Better Citizen.
People Who Commit Crime,Corruption & Other Unconstitutional Actions.

But Nowadays,Jail Is The Hub Of Corruption & Other Unconstitutional Actions.

I Spent 4 Days & 3 Nights In Dhanbad Jail With Charges Of Extortion,Voilence & House-Trace Pass.

*OUTSIDE STORY-
Charges Slaped After A Metting Where Most Responsible 5 Members Of My Joint Family Sit To Discuss The Issue Of Family Property.
Luckly,I Am Part Of This Meeting In Behalf Of My Father As He Was Not There At That Time.
The Meeting Is Not Much Sucessful & Leads Normal Argument Between My Uncle & The Person Who Lodged Case.
It's Quite Normal To Have This Type Of Argument & Suddenly Argument Leads To Shouting On Each Other.

Everyone There Try To Shut Both Of Them & End All These...Along With Me.
Suddenly,After Few Minutes A Police Jeep Came...& Police Ask  Both Parties To Settle Down There Partition Problem Of Thier Own.
The Scene Seems To End Here But Just After Half An Hour Police Again Comes & Directly Rushes In Our Joint Family House...Ther's A Bolero Van With Broken Glasses.
Police Registered Every Details & Go Back...Without Any Single Word Enquiry.

After This Incident FIR is Being Lodged With Diffrent Acts Of IPC.

After A Year I Went For Bail & Sent Into Judicial Custody For 4 Days-3 Night.

*INSIDE STORY-

After Spending Sufficient Time To Observe The Reality Of India Jail.
I Concluded That In Area-Density  It Is Most Corrupted Area Of City,It Is A Hub Of Unconstitutional Activities,Law Is Being Raped By It's Own Protectors.

Corruption In Dhanbad Jail Is At It's Peak...As Every Right Of The Citizens Inside The Jail Is Sold To Them...Without Money A Human Being Is Treated Worst Than An Animal.
*You Need Money To Fulfil Your Daily Needs Inside The Jail.
But 20% Of Money Is Charged As Tax To Pass The Cash Through Jail Gate Illegally.
*The Quality Of Food That Jail Administration Provides Is Not Fit For Human Consumption.
This Leads To Take Special Mess Facility Provided Inside Jail For Which You Have To Pay A Lot Of Money Which A Common Citizen Can't Afford...Yes,It Is Costlier Than A Local Restaurant Dinner.

*If You Need A Barrack Which Is Fit For Human To Live...You Need To Pay High Rent For These Barracks.
Here Cleanliness A Source Of Money For For Jail Officials.

*Now,You Have To Pay Again,If Your Dear Ones Wants To Meet You...Not Only This Your Each & Every Right Is Compromised For Money...Even Jail Rules Are Broken For Money.

Why Not Our Government Is Giving A Look On Changes We Need To Create Jail A Better Place To Transform A Human Being From Being Culprit To A Good Social Human Being.
Time Has Came Now,We Have To Think The Purpose Of Jails In Judicial System & If They Are Fulfilling It Properly Or Not.

Change We Need To Boost Our Judicial System From Inside Out.
Police,Courts & Jails All These Systems Need Instant Enhancement In Their Quality Of Service They Provide To Our Citizens...Or Our Idea Of Democracy,Peoples Rule & Human Rights Not Truly Successful.... If It Is Not Truly Implement In Our Juduacial System Specially In This Forth World Of Indian Jails.
